At Goldn, we pride ourselves on the craftsmanship and quality of every unique piece we create. While all sales are considered final due to the individual nature of each piece, we understand that on rare occasions, an exchange may be necessary. Our team is dedicated to assisting you with grace and fairness.
Please note, we do not offer refunds or returns on made to order items.
However, If your order arrives with a major manufacturing defect, we will gladly issue a credit note (valid for six months) or facilitate an exchange. To initiate this process, please contact us at info@goldnofficial.com with detailed images, describing the issue and your order number. Once reviewed, we will guide you through the return process.
We are also happy to assist you with sizing or fabric inquiries before your purchase. Our goal is for you to absolutely love what you receive.
Exchange or Return
If you would like to initiate a return or exchange, please do so within 7 days of receiving your order by contacting us at info@goldnofficial.com.
Items must be returned in their original condition — unused, unwashed, and with all tags and packaging intact. Please ensure the product is securely packed in the original carton and sent back to our warehouse to help us process your request smoothly. Once your return is received and inspected (typically within 7-10 working days), we will issue a store credit or exchange depending on your preference and stock availability. If the piece needs to be remade a standard timeline of 21-30 days will apply.

Cancellations
Each Goldn order is crafted or curated upon confirmation, and hence cannot be cancelled once placed. However, should there be any issue or change of mind within 12 hours of placing your order, please email us immediately at info@goldnofficial.com — we’ll do our best to assist before processing begins.
Goldn reserves the right to cancel any order due to unforeseen circumstances such as stock unavailability, pricing errors, or concerns flagged by our verification process. In such cases, any charged amount will be fully refunded to your original payment method.
